This practice area is geared towards inclusive growth by focusing on universal education, livelihoods and skill development, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Advisory, ensuring social and environmental security, poverty eradication, and gender equity dynamics into implementation and execution of programmes. The practice and its projects provide concrete directions to pro-poor socio-economic empowerment and gender sensitive policies and actions across many social sectors.

These sectors have organically evolved to provide ranges of knowledge and operational services to various stakeholders, especially in addressing strategic planning, improved evidence base, operational effectiveness and efficiency, and monitoring. We have also strategically and scientifically examined and documented the policies, institutional arrangements, practices, and social equations that impact communities directly due to unequal and unplanned distribution of resource allocations. This has helped our clients and stakeholders solve their most complex problems within challenging settings and situations marked by our ability to bring new ideas, technology, approaches, and business skills in creating a base for problem-solution.
